If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it to us and we will happily replace the item or refund you. If any of the following is not fulfilled your return request will be void.

• Products must be returned in mint condition (with all packaging & tags intact)
• You must send a copy of your receipt back to us.
• All items must be sent SIGNED FOR within 14 days of purchase.
• A covering letter explaining a valid reason for your return, as well as your full address details, name and date of purchase attached.

Charges are credited back to original credit/debit card used. NO exceptions.

Lifted Music Ltd will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However all orders accepted are subject to availability.

Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

All payments will be charged in GBP and converted to your currency at the current rate by your card issuer. The `select currency` option for USD and EUR may differ from the final charge that will be displayed when you confirm your payment due to slight changes in your card issuers exchange rate.

Value Added Tax (VAT) of 17.5% does not apply to orders made outside the E.U. This will be discounted from your order total when you choose your shipping location.

Postage rates are calculated using Royal Mail & Parcelforces tarrif guide for high volume account holders. You pay the exact amount of postage required and we are constantly searching for cheaper and more efficient options for your delivery prices aswell as shipping time. We make every effort to give you the option of choosing how you want your purchase sent. We recommend you choose a Recorded delivery option where available and all orders recieved before 4pm GMT are sent the same day.

You are responsible for having sufficient funds on your account. Unless the order is over or the equivalent to one hundred great british pounds, we do not take payments by any other methods except credit/debit card.

For legal reasons, the automatic email confirmation you will receive does not constitute order confirmation.

Although shipping is alot faster, for inland UK orders please allow up to 14 days. For International orders please allow 28 days for delivery.
